As we continue to grapple with the impact of the 新型冠状病毒肺炎 pandemic, the health and safety of our 学生, 教师, and 工作人员 are our first priority. pg电子下载 State University continues to monitor 新型冠状病毒肺炎 cases on our campus, the region, and the state.
Student move-in is scheduled to begin on Saturday, January 15, 2022. Please check the move-in schedule provided by the Office of 居住生活. The University will begin class for the semester on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
Masks will be required indoors and outdoors (in crowded settings or in close contact with others over a prolonged period.) We will continue to follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Mississippi Department of 健康 guidelines and update our protocols accordingly.
The key to continuing normal operations is personal responsibility and vaccinations. We strongly encourage all 教师, 工作人员, 学生, as well as student’s household and family members to continue:
- exercising best practices of handwashing,
- social distancing to the extent practicable; and
- wearing face coverings.
